CATHEDRAL HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1970
55TH CLASS REUNION
Well Ladies and Gentlemen of the great Cathedral Class of 1970, it is time to CELEBRATE another big milestone following our High School years. WOW 55 years! Here are the plans as they exist at this time. You should be aware of most of what is in this annoucement but thought we would spell it out again..
We hope this announcement reminder finds you able to reflect positively on the 4 years at Cathedral, whether it was the classes and the teachers (good or bad) or the many classmates that you encountered and developed friendships with or just enjoyed them as classmates.
The 55th Class Reunion Celebration is scheduled to take place as follows:
Saturday, September 27, 2025 - Hopefully it has been on your calendar for some time already. Note: This is NOT in connection with Cathedral's August weekend event!
Venue: Red Carpet Event Center (Downtown St. Cloud), 11 5th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN 56301. The Red Carpet Nightclub remains in the same place as in 1970. The Event Center is in the lower level of the Red Carpet Nightclub.
Hours: Start time 5:00 with a cash bar, an appetizer buffet to start at 6:00, and we can continue to enjoy each other well into the evening.
Reasons for choosing this site:
1) There are 3 hotels within close walking distance from the Red Carpet. Please feel free to check out the hotels if it is an accomodation that is needed.

2) Free parking is available at the Centre Square Ramp which is directly outside of the entrance to the Red Carpet Event Center.
3) The Event Center falls in line more with what we would like our budget to be.
4) Lastly, it is an attempt to assist in keeping downtown St. Cloud vibrant by supporting one of the existing establishments. And to top that off, we can support our classmate, Mary Gaetz's family as family members continue to own the Red Carpet.
Invitations with pricing and any further information will be mailed to all classmates in mid to end of April with the registrations due in early August. So please watch for the invitations. We are hoping for another great turnout. This will be a great opportunity to reunite with old friends and acquaintances. We are looking forward to seeing you in attendance.
